Second week
This week we open it with the horizontal jump test where the goal is to measure the explosive strength of the legs. Standing, with the feet at the same height, behind the marked line, a flexion of legs is realized and gives the longest distance that you can get. This is the worst test that I do it where I only got 180cm of distance. I need improve this test immediately.
The second day we do the speed test which aims to assess speed-agility. Here I show a video of how the test is done.
I got a good result in this test, not bad, not very good .
In the followings tests I improve in a while.
