OCTOBER
First week.
We started the course doing a series of physical tests where we see our capacities of jumping, flexibility, speed, endurance and abdominal.
This week we did thrity seconds of abdominals, the objective of this test is to know the strength of endurance of the trunk flexors, in which I try to improve since I did few of them. I only got to do 27 at that time so I will improve on the following tests.
The next day we started with the flexibility test which measures the degree of flexibility of the body located in the trunk and legs. Sits as the picture that you can see down, we will take the hands forward, all we can. I got good results in this test, but I try to improve for get the highest mark. While one do the test others played football, basketball...
After this we were stretching the muscles such as hamstrings, right and left ankle, etc.
