PHYSICAL TESTS

PHYSICAL TESTS


In this last section of the course we repeat the physical tests we already did at the beginning of the course to see if we have improved or not.

For this, we have carried out the following tests:

-Horizontal jump: Behind the line, with your feet at the same height and slightly apart, bend your legs and jump forward with the greatest possible power. Measures strength of the lower extremities.

-ABS: Lying facing up, legs open at hip height and flexed, feet resting on the floor, hands on the neck, lifting the trunk of the floor at waist height.

-Flexibility test: Sitting on the floor, barefoot and with the feet resting on the foot of the bench, with the extended leg and the feet together, we perform a trunk flexion looking to reach with the fingers the greatest possible distance. Measures flexibility.

-4x10m test: Mark two lines 10 meters apart using cones. The two blocks are placed on the line opposite the line they are going to start at. On the signal, "go!" the participant sprints to the opposite line, picks up a block of wood, runs back and places it on or beyond the starting line. Then turning without a rest, they run back to retrieve the second block and carry it back across the finish line. Measure the speed.

Soccer tournament

Soccer tournament.

RULES
To begin, the difference between the right and the right, the right, the ball, must go directly to the goal, while the indirect can be passed to a partner.

In addition, an indirect free kick is called for the opponent if a player commits an indifference judgment for the following infractions:
Play in a dangerous way.
It hinders the advance of an adversary.
Prevents the goalkeeper from taking the ball with his hands.

An indirect free kick will also be scored in favor of the opponent if the goalkeeper commits a violation of the following infractions:
Take more than six seconds to put the ball into play after controlling it with your hands.
Re-touch the ball with your hands after putting it in the game and at least the other player.
Touch the ball with your hands after a player on your team has yielded with your foot.
Touch the ball with your hands after you have received it directly from the loot of the band thrown by a partner.


The indirect free kick in all these cases went from the place where the infraction occurred.

A player who can find inside the field during the development of the game can be reprimanded if he commits a violation of the following infractions:
Be guilty of unsportsmanlike conduct.
Disapprove with words or actions.
Persistently violate the Laws of the Game.
Delay the resumption of the game.
Not respecting the regulation distance on a corner kick, free kick or throw-in.
Exit and re-enter the field without the referee's permission.

A player (holder, substitute or substituted) may be expelled if the following infractions are not found:
Be guilty of serious rough play.
Be guilty of violent behavior.
Spit on an adversary or any other person.
Impede with an intentional hand a goal or miss a clear goal opportunity (this does not apply to the goalkeeper in his own penalty area).
To maltreat the manifest opportunity of goal of an adversary that is directed towards the goal of the player for a punishable infraction with a free or penal law.
Use language or gestures in an offensive, rude, obscene or insulting manner.
Receive a second warning in the same match.

A player is in the offside position if, when a teammate gives him a pass, he is:
closer to the goal line than the ball;
closer to the opponent's goal line than the next-to-last opponent.

These rules will not apply if the player:
it is in its own half of the field;
if the pass has been received from a goal, a goal kick.

In this case, we will not play with the game, even so, the game will stop without the player staying close to the opposing goal waiting for the chance to score without lowering the minimum to the opposing defenses. It's not worth playing "CHUPAGOLES"
The first matches are team 1 against 4 and group 2 against 3, these events being classified to the final and the fight for the 3 place.

It can be changed in this way to be able to win 2 minutes (it is not worth anything during the game, it is mandatory that they play)



COPETITION SYSTEM

The matches will be 20 minutes and they will have a break of two minutes after 10 minutes of play.
After each match there will be a 2 minute break.

Here we have the four teams that will face each other in a single match eliminator divided into two phases, the winner of the team match 1 and 2 will go to the final against the winner of team 3 and 4.


There will also be a third and fourth place where the losers face in the matches by the final.



Tournament analysis.

The team that managed to pass first to the final was TEAM 1 that won by 6-1 to TEAM 2 while the other finalist was TEAM 3 that won 2-1 to TEAM 4.
Finally the tournament was for the TEAM 1 that scoring 4-2 to TEAM 3 that will have the second place, in the match for the third and fourth place TEAM 2 was imposed on TEAM 4 by 2-1.
       
So the classification would be:

Even if there has been an imbalance between the teams, they have done the most important thing: "Work as a team"




WINNER TEAM.


Rigth guess and failures.
We could improve in everything but I think in general quite well, the time wasn't short, and people enjoyed and worked as a team that is the real goal to get something in football or any other team sport.
A right guess was the anthem of the Champions League, that made the competition real.☺

OCTOBER

Four week
    We made some games; of reflexes that consists of beating the hand of your partner without removing the hand or vice versa, one beat and the other tried to avoid it. 



The second one was similar to the game of killing where the persons who were eliminated must to beat the others that was situate within a certain place. 



And the last game was pass the ball, four guys, they were placed in a row and the one who threw the ball said a number and according to your position in the row you had to take the ball or let it pass.


This is the summary of what we have done in the month of October.

OCTOBER

Third week
              

           To complete the physical tests, we do the Course navette which use to measure aerobic capacity or cardiopulmonary resistance. we need to mark on the ground a line of 20 meters in length. The test consists of seeing how many times we are able to travel the distance of 20 meters progressively increasing our speed, we can guide by a audio where a few beeps sound that indicate the time that we have to cross the line. The test end when we can't reach the end of the straight on two consecutive occasions.


After realizing all the tests I obtain this pentagon that represents my physical qualities:


OCTOBER

Second week

       This week we open it with the horizontal jump test where the goal is to measure the explosive strength of the legs. Standing, with the feet at the same height, behind the marked line, a flexion of legs is realized and gives the longest distance that you can get. This is the worst  test that I do it where I only got 180cm of distance. I need improve this test immediately.


The second day we do the speed test which aims to assess speed-agility. Here I show a video of how the test is done.


I got a good result in this test, not bad, not very good .

In the followings tests I improve in a while.


OCTOBER

First week.

    We started the course doing a series of physical tests where we see our capacities of jumping, flexibility, speed, endurance and abdominal.


This week we did thrity seconds of abdominals, the objective of this test is to know the strength of endurance of the trunk flexors, in which I try to improve since I did few of them. I only got to do 27 at that time so I will improve on the following tests. 
The next day we started with the flexibility test which  measures the degree of flexibility of the body located in the trunk and legs. Sits as the picture that you can see down, we will take the hands forward, all we can. I got good results in this test, but I try to improve for get the highest mark. While one do the test others played football, basketball...

After this we were stretching the muscles such as hamstrings, right and left ankle, etc.
